Provide more guidance and regulation in the sale of horses and ponies.
To provide better safety measures and guidance in the sales of horses and ponies. Stop dealers being able to sell with no background information.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do to regulate the sale of horses.The sale of horses and ponies is covered mostly by legislation set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Misrepresentation Act 1967 and the Animal Welfare Act 2006. You may wish to start a petition stating exactly what elements of this legislation you want to see changed.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
