Allow the characters on private registrations to be spaced out to display names.
Allow the space to be moved so it shows the name/word, which is the reason the plate would have been purchased in the first place.
Police ANPR systems can still read the number plates and pick up the vehicle details so I don't see why they can't be spaced to actually show the name. As long as there isn't any illegal bits done, such as adding a dot between 11 to make a H, then it should be allowed.
