Seeing as UK will be importing US chickens, we want you to speak to Mercy for Animals CEO about the findings in this report.
Speak to Mercy For Animals USA about their report on freezing/boiling alive chickens to learn more details of their findings. Its important you understand the details of the report to see if they are true. Because if true, then US welfare may not match UK Animal Welfare Standards. Also UK Gov are supposed to be advocates for UN Sustainable Agriculture in the UN #SDGS so it woud not be good to import chickens with poor welfare.
