To ban cyclists from roads where cycle paths are provided

Additional Information

In the case of the existing provision of cycle paths(at great cost) and in the interest of safety to both motorist and cyclist, the use of the road running adjoining to the path should not be used by cyclists.This could be enforced by inclusion into the Highway Code.
