Petition Action

I want landlords to be more accepting of tenants with pets.

Petition Details

I want parliment to stop landlords to stop discriminating against pet owner. Maybe landlords could put a clause in their tenancy agreements if a pet damages anything the owner pays for it to be fixed.

Additional Information

As a pet owner looking for a new property to rent, and I finding it very frustrating as most won't accept pets. I am not alone in this, pets can mean a lot to people, and can be helpful I have carried out a search of properties in my area and only 1 out of 70 allowed pets. Not all pet owners are irresponsible and allow their pets to destroy property.
