Abolish e-petitions
The government should close the e-petitions site for good. It attracts loons with hopelessly impractical notions, and it is subject to lobbying, especially by rightwing tabloids who will use it to stir prejudice to get support for their favourite fixations. It is not democratic and has no value as a basis for policy.
