NO! to EU Defence
The UK must not be involved in or contribute to the EU CFSP (Common Foreign and Security Policy) or CSDP (Common Security Defence Policy) formerly ESDP after 31 December 2020.
The UK should remain part of NATO and avoid potential conflicts of interest by keeping separate from EU defence.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The UK already has its own defence arrangements that are separate from the EU, and it has not indiciated any intention to become part of the EU's defence arrangements:

The UK co-operates with the EU primarily through the Common Security and Defence Policy, and the UK defence mandate published in February 2020 states that the UK will "consider participation" in EU defence programmes if that is in the UK's interest.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
