Enforce strict rules for parcels deliverers to protect customers.
Parcels start missing once due to Covid restrictions deliverers allowed leave parcels without sign on delivery.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Contract terms for delivery companies, such as requiring proof of delivery such as a signature or photo evidence, would be a matter for individual companies, not the UK Government or Parliament.
