Driving test to be assessed by learning hours and instructors recommendation

Petition Details

Due to high demand dvsa is overwhelmed with people trying to book tests when there isn't enough appointments. We need change let the driving instructors decide whether or not we've done enough to pass.

Additional Information

People's livelihoods are at risk . GCSE & A Level results took a different path and driving tests should too. Some people rely on a license for essential work or for care. This setup clearly isn’t working and something needs to be done. People are waiting 5hrs + just to be told there aren't any tests available and some people can't afford to wait any longer
