Open the Gigg lane access to Bury Cemetery to the public 7 days a week.
Bury cemetery Gates (Gigg lane access) is only opened to vehicles during a funeral ,the alternative entrance is on the other side of the cemetery making this difficult for the elderly/disabled to access Loved ones grave nearer the gigg lane entrance.
My late grandfather spent the majority of his adult life petitioning to open the gates and I will continue to do this in his memory and aim to get the gates opened I believe that the gates should be opened To the public vehicles 7 days a week, the gates being open would make the cemetery more accessible and less congested at one entrance.
