Protect the cats!
Make it law that when a cat is ran over or found dead or attacked and killed that it be reported and treated as serious as if it was to happen to a dog.
Cats are pets the same as dogs, people spend lots of money on them with vets, care for them and love them see them as a family member the same as people who are dog lovers, why are cats seen as less?
