Big Ben should chime in 2021 and sound out the end of the EU transition period.
The end of 2020 and the EU transition period are iconic and historic moments.
They should be commemorated by the sounding of the Great Bell to mark the end of EU membership and the beginning of a paradigm shift for the United Kingdom.
