To allow Parliamentary time for Philip Hollobone M.P.'s private members Bill on National Service to be debated.
To allow Philip Hollobone ( M.P. for Kettering) private members bill to be debated with a free vote, on the subject of National Service for our young people. Preferably by not disrupting existing Parliamentary Timetables , suggesting a start time of 04.30 hrs with a vote some 2 hours later. Thereby proving to the country the unfailing dedication of their elected representatives in getting up early in the morning to discuss this bill.
