Make offers on houses legally binding
To put things simply I would like the government to take steps to ensure that any offers made during house purchasing should be made legally binding throughout the UK (as is the case in Scotland).
This will stop the anguish that is caused when house chains collapse or buyers 'pull out' at the very last minute.
