Stop Peak District National Park Authority from banning eco-friendly

Additional Information

We the undersigned request that DEFRA investigate and stop Peak District National Park Authority desisting from it's implementation of a strategic package of traffic reguation orders that will ban electrically powered mopeds and motorcycles from public carriageways.

We request that DEFRA investigate that the PDNPA can demonstrate that it has performed it's duty under section 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to take into account the National Air Quality Strategy with regard to current and future use of electric mopeds and motorcycles. We request that the Peak District National Park Authority assesses the impact of it's strategic package of traffic regulation orders on the coherence of the network available to electric mopeds and motorcycles to the Government.

We ask that Peak district National Park Authority be seen and carry out actively to promote the use of electric moped and motorcycles as an eco-friendly form of transport.
