Add Cats to the Road Traffic Act 1988 for hitting animals with cars.
Cats need to be protected under the road traffic act 1988. Cats are property of the owner and should be equal to dogs, horse and cattle. They need protection regardless and should have been on that list from the start.
Because people dont care and that it is fundamentally wrong to not treat all pets equally be it a dog, cat, horse, guinea pig. All pets are equal but cats should have been protected by the rpad trafgic act 1988 to make it illegal to hit and run a cat or hit one and npt report it. The fact its not already is absolutely disgusting.
