PRIORITY Covid (drive & walk through) testing for primary School children ONLY!
As we go into Winter the majority of primary school pupils will be catching minor coughs/colds and temperatures (all similar to Covid symptoms). The impact is children are categorically sent home and told to take a Covid test, which none are available or currently prioritised for children.
Primary school children cannot look after themselves, which means the parents would need to take time off work to look after them and self isolate. As a result the economy will suffer - it really is that simple. Keep the children in school, above all for their education and mental health and well being.
