To forbid an MP who votes to break another's law from being called 'Honourable'
To pass an Act that amends Parliamentary procedure to prevent in perpetuity, MPs who vote for legislation that breaks international law from describing themselves as 'Honourable', or being addressed, as 'The Honourable Member for X' or 'My Honourable friend.' T
MPs are, by tradition and Parliamentary etiquette, addressed as 'The Honourable Member'. To vote for an Act of Parliament that breaches international law is a dishonourable act and MPs who do so should forfeit the right to be described as 'Honourable'. They should carry this stigma for the rest of their career to remind themselves and others that they behaved dishonourably.
