Do not exempt Pandemic Influenza virus vaccines from UKGov compensation scheme
Change compensation and liability rules so that all vaccine manufacturers are held responsible for safety and that compensation must be paid to all vaccine injured and deceased parties from the manufacturer and not the tax payer. Without exemption. This includes vaccine for Pandemics.
Vaccines covering pandemics currently are exempt from liability and compensation. This should not be the case. All Vaccines must be treated the same when it comes to compensation. Even vaccines used in pandemics, war and emergencies
