To legalise recreational/ medicinal use THC/CBD cannabis taxed to help Economy

Petition Details

Legalise cannabis in all forms herb oils and solids taxing the botanical Would help fuel the economy. There are many countries that have successfully done this. Millions of yearly revenue could help to fund the NHS education and the police. In Canada for example in 5.5 months they gathered $186mill

Additional Information

The country has hit a huge deficit since the Covid-19 pandemic we need to start thinking differently at how we can save our economy as well as continuing to fund education the police and the nhs. Countries like the netherlands gather €400,000,000 every year from coffee shops. The uk could benefit highly from the profits. Alcohol and caffeine are highly addictive substances that are legal but cannabis users are continuously treated like criminals because of its illegality not the affects it has.
