Abbolish whole theory test back to 1960s

I have been debating over this now for months and I can no longer sit here and do nothing there is a serious problem with the theory and hazard perception test this needs to be abolished you should not have to pass this prior to a practical my husband passed in 1980s and did practical and couple questions in the car at the end of the test. He has never had an accident in his life. I don't think doing the theory test helps you your either a good driver or your not so please people if your also sat there with the same thoughts as me sign this petition to show that you feel same as I do
