Sustainability labelling on all groceries & consumables
To enforce clear sustainability labelling on all groceries & consumables in the UK, allowing consumers to make informed and conscious decisions on what they are purchasing, where it comes from and it's environmental and social impact.
This will encourage and give people the ability to reduce their carbon footprint and help with the climate issues that we are facing. Labelling could be presented in a similar way to the traffic light system on food labels currently in use.
