Provide public recycling bins near to standard rubbish bins.
To put to vote whether or not it is viable to also provide public recycling bins or stations to throw away waste instead of it all being put into rubbish bins to go to tip.
Home recycling wheely bins are a good start but most people will not take recycling home with them when out and about. I currently practise this but far too many people will just throw it in with regular rubbish.
