I want the government to encourage the British workforce into working for the N.H.S .With unemployment going up and Brexit around the corner we need staff to fill our hospitals. So to cut income tax for N.H.S staff would help fill posts and equal out to be a fairer wage.

This helps recruit staff and helps with pay rises.
