Make spaying/neutering of cats compulsary
Make it compulsory for all cat owners to spay/neuter their cats..
The cat population is out of control. Cats are starving on the streets and getting pregnant so numbers are increasing all the time. Shelters are full of abandoned and unwanted cats. Spay/ neuter is the only sensible and right thing to do.
