Reintroduce shielding nationally, for those in the Extremely Vulnerable Group.
Reintroduce shielding for the 'Extremely Vulnerable Group' during the second wave, and offer them continuing financial support.
Many in the 'Extremely Vulnerable Group' are being forced to go to work to meet financial commitments, whilst Coronavirus infection rates soar and we enter a second wave. This will, and is, inevitably costs people their lives, which is unacceptable, as this does not need to be the case. The government needs to reintroduce shielding nationally for those in the EV group, and associated support, including furlough payments and self employment grants.
