Make businesses have family friendly working hours for parents
For the government to introduce family working hours that make finding childcare easier and maintaining a healthy work life balance.
As a parent naturally we make sacrifices as a working parent we miss many important things for hearing about their day on a school pick up to tucking them into bed at night. Since becoming a parent I've had to change my job 3 times due to them changing my hours my current employer is changing my current shift of 8hrs to 12hrs meaning I along with a lot of my colleagues won't see our children for 3 days a week. Flexible working request has been refused due to business needs More help is needed.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The Government isn't responsible for setting people's working hours, but we could accept a petition calling for businesses to be required to accept flexible working requests in all cases, if that's what you'd like to see happen.
