Close schools befor the second wave with rising cases
Close the school's as of today 600 people in school setting has positive tests and cases are rising again more since sept back in march when lock down began and only open to keyworker children there wasn't many cases but since September and all children back the cases have rose
It's safe for the children stops them getting it and passing on to vunrable parents who's kids attend school
