Covid Safe weddings of up to 30, already booked in the next 3 months happen.
Most weddings involve two families that are already in bubbles, and would be safer than sitting in a pub, restaurant or hunting with 30 strangers. If schools and public transport are safe, then covid safe family weddings should be. Allow weddings due to take place with 30.
Families are already desperately struggling with the pandemic. Public morale is at an all time low. Many people were happy to forgo the large celebration for a more intimate one, but 15 is just too low! To include parents, siblings, grandparents and Best man etc, for many will fall outside 15 and make a wedding a sad occasion with missing family, or not happen at all, for a 2nd time! This is unfair and unnecessary.
