Make all redundancy payments to be tax free for this tax year.
Currently up to £30,000 of redundancy pay is tax free. Given it is going to be a very difficult job market, all redundancy payments should be tax free for this tax year
It is going to be a very difficult job market, and we should help those made redundant directly.
