Do not supplement the Sovereign Grant
It has been reported in the Daily Mail that the Treasury is planning to put more tax payer money into the Sovereign Grant to make up for the Queen's land and property investments not making as much money as expected due to the Covid situation. I call on the Government to overturn this decision.
At a time when the UK is now £2trillion in debt due to necessary Covid measures, child poverty is at it's highest for decades and the economy is about to take a second hit due to a looming no deal Brexit, it seems unconscionable that further UK tax payer money be spent to prop up a family who are already massively wealthy while regular people continue to suffer.
