Petition Action

Support nightclubs financially who are forced to stay closed during COVID-19.

Petition Details

We need the government to provide nightclubs with a ‘survival package’ in order to afford to stay closed (as ordered by law) through COVID.

We are not asking for ‘loss of profits’, simply help to cover rent, fixed costs and critical management wages. Without it, the whole industry will sink.

Additional Information

We have been closed since March 23 by law with no indication of when we may re open.

Dance has been an integral part of socialising, partying and self expression in Britain for decades.

We support the government in putting health first but forcing our industry to diminish because we are not deemed essential is a scandal!

1200 clubs in the UK will be forced to shut with 100,000 job losses.
