Workers in hot area like hospitality and restaurant shouldn't have to wear mask
When working in hot areas the masks become very irritating and cause rashes due to the steam and smoke not mixing well with the masks and our skin.
Also when customers come in that have hearing difficulty it's becomes really hard for us to communicate with them as they can't see our mouths and most of them communicate through lip reading.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you want the Government to change the rules around face coverings, but it's not clear whether you want all hospitality workers to be exempted from this rule, or only workers in hot environments.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to exempt hospitality workers from the requirement to wear face coverings, or to exempt staff in working environments where there are high temperatures, but it would need to be clear exactly what changes you wanted to be made to current rules.
