Discussion about criminal use of entry passage ways behind houses and businesses (such as in County, Walton Liverpool and other places) and associated accountability for funding received to regenerate the area.
This is critical to impact of entries on safety to homes, businsses and vehicles. Currently criminals have access to these entries as escape passage ways and to commit crimes. For safety of residents and businesses. For local accountability of politicians and statutory bodies
