Stop the 10pm covid curfew on hospitality BUT apply a 9pm entry deadline.
Rather than having a 10pm curfew for pubs and restaurants keep all places open until their closing time but not allow any new customers in after 9pm(following government covid maximum number guidelines). This will reduce high street crowding/house gatherings after 10pm.
I feel that the streets are unfortunately, having seen the footage, are being swamped at 10pm with crowds, who are then moving on to house gatherings which flouts the new ruling of six... I feel that this may be an idea to help both the government guidelines and the hospitality sector.
