Reduce the maximum universities can charge for tuition during the pandemic.
There have been many, well signed, petitions for refunds which the government has taken no responsibility for as the universities are independent. The government controls the maximum universities are allowed to charge for tuition and should reduce it to reflect the changes that have been made.
