Members of David Cameron's 120,000 'problem families' should, before ANYTHING ELSE, be sterilised.
If taxpayer pounds are to be expended on these families then WE INSIST that the first money to be spent should be on sterilising ALL members of the cohort so that there will be some benefit from what is spent. To allow these people to continue breeding means that our taxpayer pounds will be ENTIRELY wasted because allowing them to continue breeding will merely increase the size of the cohort and the amount of taxpayer pounds to be spent on trying to sort them out - which is NEVER going to work if they keep on breeding.
