Close universities, reimburse tuition & accommodation fees, close county borders
Listen to the public and address the issue of rising cases - by dealing with the increase in cases
Disappointed in the way that the government has dealt with the start of the education term and by the way that they have put the lives of residents at risk

Refunding accommodation fees would be a matter for individual universities and providers of student accommodation, not the Government or House of Commons. You could start a petition calling on the Government to reimburse students for university accommodation they do not use during the Covid-19 outbreak.
