Close the universities and implement online courses.
International students who have not entered the UK will not be allowed to enter the UK in 2020, so as not to bring the virus and cause a greater burden on the UK's medical system.
The COVID-19 overseas is very serious. Don’t bring in a large number of students who may be carrying the virus because of the opening of the university.
