Legalise marijuana for recreational use
End the prohibition on cannabis use and make it available recreationally.

According to the cited report; the gateway theory and perception that marijuana use leads to an increase in crime is largely disproven.
Cannabis has great potential to be massively beneficial to the British economy. Colorado reported over 300 million in taxable income in 2019.
