Petition Action

Mandatory Monitoring of charities' funds through media systems.

Additional Information

Far more money could be raised for charities if they were more transparent to the public who donate the said funds.
It is proposed that every charity initially in England will have to show a money trail from the collection point to the distribution point.
This is easily achieved through the press, on-line, teletext and informative ads. A bit like the stock market but indices for charities.
All advertising and systems set-up to inform the public will be paid for from the charity funds.
Why does the public not already have this information; it is a certainty that when this happens, more funds will be raised in a far speedier manner.
Any funds which are not allocated to the disaster or emergency appealed for, will be placed in a central fund more able to allocate the pooled monies to causes which are more immediate.
Charities who fail in any of the above areas will be closed and all funds confiscated to the pooled fund.
