Change the rules to allow and enable the Electorate to sack any U.K. MP.
I would like the present rules to be changed to allow the Electorate to sack any UK MP who is deemed to have abused their position (guidelines to be agreed by the Electorate).
I want the rules/regulations change. For example, the present rules only allow the Government to sack an MP when a criminal act has been perpetrated and the perpetrator convicted but then only if the sentence is over a 12 month custodial period. I would like an outside body (something on the lines of jury service) to be setup to review each case (without Government interference) and for them to produce their own procedures and guidelines in consultation with a legal body.
