Landlords to be required to provide a reference from a previous tenant to new tenants

Additional Information

Landlords often ask a reference from the tenant but as a tenant we have no way of knowing if the landlord will provide a safe and habitable home and make repairs in a timely manner. A landlord reference from a previous tenant will reduce the impact of bad landlords.
