Stop victimising people who urgently need operations and allow operations now.
Open hospital doors to those who are desperate for operations.
People who need urgent surgery are in horrendous pain, in danger of becoming addicted to painkillers, living very limited lives and many have mental health issues because this seems to be going on indefinitely.
