Scrap the tv licence fee make the Tories pay for their own propaganda
After refusal to cover the Manchester Rally 29 Sept 2013 it is clear the BBC has failed in its duties as a public service broadcaster and appears merely as a propaganda tool for the Conservative party. The undersigned feel it should therefore be funded by its masters and not the public purse.
