Abolish tax on Private House Purchase/Sales.

Additional Information

At present private house Purchases/Sales are taxed. This limits career mobility and encourages people to commute thousands of extra miles every year, bad for the environment and quality of life.
If necessary tax the profit people make on house purchase/sales, don’t tax them when a loss is made
