Remove opening hour restrictions on licenced venues but impose three drink limit
Drinking too much alcohol can impair judgement and reduce safety awareness. A 3-drink limit could help safeguard customers and staff, and allowing licenced venues to open without restrictions on their hours would facilitate staggered hours.
