Require registration and logbooks for all vehicle trailers

Petition Details

The Government should require owners to register vehicle trailers and keep a logbook to help tackle theft and illegal sale of stolen trailers. If you can’t produce documents to say that you own a trailer the police should have powers to confiscate it.
