Enforce the 70 mph sheed limit on Motorways
The Home Secretary should require that Police Commissioners and Chief Constables should instruct their respect Police Forces to use all reasonable endeavours to detect and then prosecute all drivers who exceed the 70 mph speed limit on Motorways.
