Cease Subsidising WIndfarms and Supply Free Solar Panels
Solar Panels Current System
If you install the panels yourself (£10k) you get paid for the power that is sent back to the grid - LONG PAYBACK TIME.
If a company install the system for you then they get the money from the feed-in tariff in return for suppliying the panels - IN ORDER TO MAKE PROFIT THEY ARE VERY SELECTIVE ABOUT WHERE THEY INSTALL.
Solar Panels Proposed System
Governemnt would subsidise FREE solar panels for any home owner or landlord who had E, S or W facing roof.
Homeowner would benefit from free solar energy and excess would be fed back to the grid
Cutting out the middle company would eliminate overly selective nature of installation
HUGE ECO-BENEFIT from reduction of power taken from grid (Fossil fuels)
